Monaco and Antibbes

We had the penthouse, which meant fab views, but long stairs ... and our own private terrace (you could call it a sun deck if it wasn't raining) Views to Cap d'Antibbes We visited Jaques Cousteau's famous museum which had exotic fish from all over the world. Even turtles hiding in the cracks And some pretty ugly fish too! These are egg sacs from one fish which lays eggs in a large sac. The sac seemed larger than the original fish. You can see the developing fish in the middle one which was swimming around. This one 'walked' on its tiny legs - no good in much of a current though. Oysters growing with anemonies attached Even had Polar Bears! Main swimming pool in Monaco with the ractrack in front and just behind the row of trees. Residents busy at lunch Main Cathederal Princess Grace's tomb. Prince Rainier's Tomb. The Castle was actually pretty boring from the outside ... as castles go. Maybe because he's only a Prince, not a King! The section on the right looked to be the original castle, but the rest had that '1960 Modern' look to it. Overlooking the harbour in Monaco
