As far as copyright and 'model's rights', please refer to NSW Photographer's Rights but basically, as the shots are taken in the public and it is for non commercial purposes, there are no privacy issues, and copyright is retained by the photographer (me).
Notwithstanding that however, I always try to go through the shots to make sure they are non-contentious, people are not looking silly, etc. but if there is a shot you have a problem with, please contact me and I'll remove it as soon as possible.
Complaints.
While I try to weed out any photo which makes people uncomfortable, silly, or embarrised, sometimes they do fall through the cracks givien the high volume. If you ahve any problems with any photo, please contact me directly for its removal.

How to print the best photos - please read all this before calling!
The photos appearing on the web site are significantly reduced in size to make them load faster. All photos published on this web site are "JPEG" files, which are compressed and limited to 8bit (the amount of colour information in the files - see Wikipedia for more info - but most have been originally taken in RAW, a much higher resolution in the camera. The RAW version is available if you want to print posters (i.e. larger than 1 mt x 1 mt). Let me know and I can produce you a colour matched and edited version with better clarity for printing.
For "normal" photos and for use on computer screens though ...
On the main photo page shown below, the resolution is typically 1200 x 800, which is great for showing on the screen, but at 300dpi, only gives a picture 4" x 2.3" - not big enough even for a usual postcard size photo, but fine for a computer screen.

What to do? ... At the bottom of the page is a link saying "Larger 3504x2336 pixel JPEG".

You can either 'right-click' on it with the mouse and then choose "Save Target as ..." and choose a file name. This file would print at 12" x 8" easily at 300dpi, and is the 'right shape' for 6" x 4" or 12" x 8" without the need to crop. You may want to crop the picture for a better result though..
Most professional printers could print this file up to about A3 size without degradation. There are no issues printing small pictures from this file, as the printer will 'downsample' automatically for printing.
Big Hint: If the name of the file you end up with ends XXX_std.jpg, then you have the wrong file. It should end up XXXX.jpg and be larger than 2.5mb
